I find interest and inspiration by ways of nature, abstraction, organic shapes, people, systems, color, energy, spontaneity, science, space, imagination, motion, adventure, fluency, growth and decay, the unknown, paint, continuity, interiors and exteriors, ambiguity, discovery, and originality. My recent paintings focus on abstracted systems and fluent landscapes within nature. This includes observing formations of stones, glaciers, spider webs, reflections, and properties of water.
